At Apex Laundry Services, we understand that your time is valuable. That's why we offer a hassle-free pickup and delivery service right to your doorstep, making laundry one less thing to worry about.
Have your garments washed and neatly folded. This price is for a one time service. Please feel free to see our subscription options.
This is our weekly subscription option. Have your clothes/linens picked up once a week and laundered. Schedule a time for pickup and drop-off that fits your schedule.
Our Bi-weekly subscription. Have your clothes/linens laundered every other week. Schedule a pick-up, drop-off that fits your daily routines.
This subscription is for someone who doesn't accumulate a mound of laundry everyday and only wants their laundry done once a month. We also offer services to businesses who may want towels or linens washed monthly.
If you would like to have any of your clothing or linens pressed and hung, we offer that service for an additional cost.
Anything over 15 miles from Sonora will be considered out of range for delivery and pickup and will incur an additional mileage fee for service
We wash and your laundry. We will be happy to hang your laundry on hangers if they are provided. If there are special instructions please feel free to discuss this with us at the time of setting up your subscription or appointment. If you have garments that require special care please inform us when your laundry is picked up to be serviced.

Apex Laundry Services Service Agreement
Apex Laundry Services is pleased to provide professional pick-up and delivery laundry services to our customers and offers quality and convenience at an affordable price. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions below. Your use of Apex Laundry Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully and let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to doing business with you!
BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS, USE OR ATTEMPT TO INTERACT WITH, ACCESS OR USE ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE(S), CONTENT OR SERVICES OFFERED BY APEX LAUNDRY SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY PART OF THE APEX LAUNDRY SERVICES WEBSITE(S), CONTENT OR SERVICES. APEX LAUNDRY SERVICES RESERVES THE RIGHT, WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE, TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT AT APEX LAUNDRY SERVICES’S SOLE DISCRETION. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT UPON SUCH CHANGES GOING INTO EFFECT. FURTHER, YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE THE APEX LAUNDRY SERVICES WEBSITE(S), CONTENT OR SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES.

You are hereby put on notice that you are obligated to periodically review this document to make yourself aware of the changes to this Agreement and any continued access or use of the Apex Laundry Services website(s), content or services or any part thereof shall constitute your full acceptance of such changes.
Pick up & Delivery Policy
All services will be provided by a Apex Laundry Services Provider/Partner assigned to you. Pick-up/Delivery will take place on a predetermined day and frequency, except on certain holidays, as determined by you. Apex Laundry Services or you may change the predetermined pick-up/delivery times, permanently or temporary, with advance notice by either you or Apex Laundry Services. Apex Laundry Services requires at least 2 (two) hour notice prior to any change.
If you’d like to leave your items at a secure spot for pick up, it will be at your own risk. This is also true for delivery. Items left for pick up are not under our care until we have retrieved said items. Items left for delivery at the predetermined location will not be under our care once they have been left at the agreed upon location.
Apex Laundry Services and its Providers/Partners are not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pick-up or delivery. Apex Laundry Services will not leave items in the possession of any other person that is not the owner of those items unless the owner has given consent. The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her laundry is delivered safely to the Glorious Laundry Services Provider/Partner.
REPORTING LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
Items Missing or damaged items must be reported to Apex Laundry Services within 24 hours of return of your laundered clothes. This report shall be submitted to Apexlaundryservices209@gmail.com and shall include all of the following information unless otherwise deemed not applicable: Order Number, Name of garment or item as set forth on the inventory sheet provided to the Apex Laundry Services Partner/Provider, Approximate age of the item, Brief description of the condition of the item prior to incurring damage (not applicable in the case of missing items). Brief description of the item’s condition and damage to the item after damage incurred (not applicable in the case of missing items). At least one photograph of the item showing the damage such item incurred, and Receipt of purchase of the item or, when such receipt is not reasonably available, other reasonable proof demonstrating the value of the item at the time it was purchased.
Any report which fails to include the required information shall not be accepted by Apex Laundry Services and accordingly remove any and all liability of Apex Laundry Services and Apex Laundry Services’s Provider/Partner for the missing or damaged item. Additionally, failure to report the missing or damaged item(s) within 24 hours shall remove any liability of Apex Laundry Services for the missing or damaged item. Apex Laundry Services shall use the report to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any refund or credit will be issued to the customer. Apex Laundry Services shall respond to the customer with its decision no later than 5 business days thereafter Apex Laundry Services’s receipt of such report. If, after investigating the report and claim of loss or damage, Laundry decides to issue a refund or credit, such refund or credit shall be issued for the value of the damaged or lost item as specified in the National Fair Claims Guide from the International Fabricare Institute (“IFI”). This guide takes into account the average life of the garment, depreciation for the age of the item, and the current replacement cost. If the customer is unable to document the age of a garment, Apex Laundry Services reserves the right to limit the maximum age of any garment to one year. If no current replacement cost is available Apex Laundry Services reserves the right to use the replacement cost of a comparable item currently available.
Apex Laundry Services and Apex Laundry Services Providers/Partners are not liable for any pre-existing damage to a garment or other item and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it if any pre-existing damage is found or if Apex Laundry Services or the Apex Laundry Services Provider/Partner has a concern about the colorfastness or the age or weakness of the fabric of such item. All refunds/reimbursements offered by Apex Laundry Services to the customer, must be claimed by the customer within a 30 Day period. Once the 30 day period has expired, the customer’s claim will be considered resolved and closed.
MISSED/UNATTENDED PICKUP OR DELIVERY
If the customer misses the scheduled pickup/ delivery, the customer must coordinate with their Apex Laundry Services Provider to reschedule. Customer may be subject to a missed pickup/ delivery fee in the amount of $10 if they fail to notify their Provider 1 or more hours prior to the scheduled day & time for pickup or delivery.
PAYMENT
Service will not begin until Apex Laundry Services has secured payment information via a valid & current credit card or cash. Residential clients will be charged for services once the services are completed. All online payments are processed through Apex Laundry Services’ secured payment system. ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL BE CHARGED ON THE 1STOF EACH MONTH AND PAYMENT IS DUE NO LATER THAN THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH
Apex Laundry Services reserves the right to change prices at any time. If additional services outside of the customer’s initial request are requested, the customer authorizes Apex Laundry Services to charge the fee for such services to his/her credit card on file.
REFUNDS
Except as described in this paragraph, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. A customer who has signed up for a prepaid package plan or gift card will have the right to cancel his or her contract within fourteen (14) days of signing up for the Apex Laundry Services and receive a full refund if no promotional value was received. After such fourteen day period, Apex Laundry Services shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer. If a promotional value was received the sale is final and the payment is non-refundable. Gift Card Purchaser: In the event the customer has used a gift card to purchase Services, and thereafter requests a refund, and such refund is consistent with the terms set forth in this Section 6, any refund to be provided shall be provided to the customer by way of a newly issued gift card with a balance reflecting the total refunded amount.
